Process management Organization and Methods Regulation
Regulatory actions in organizations are a heavy burden that make streamlining difficult. However, many organizations are forced to create broad regulations to supervise the organization’s proper functioning.
Management should look for ways to create structured supervision and control in the organization which will simplify regulatory activities that make it difficult to streamline the various departments of the organization. The organization should examine the automation processes and ways information is transferred between units and departments to contribute to significantly improving regulation.
Training for and assimilation of responsibility-taking and departmental reflection processes to increase the regulatory efficiency of the entire organization, will increase yields, market-based compliance and the needed expansion.
